A project where I needed to find the relationship between the foreground and background.
Coming from Finding Light, this is very simple in comparison. Was it easy? Nope. It was another challenge. I was in my hometown, and apparently It was the perfect place to find relationships between foreground and background. I did not have enough pictures to get a full set of 4 photographs unfortunately.

When I saw this powerline had multiple lines to work with, I instantly thought of the DIY clothing hanger which added an extra line. Tried to make the line parallel to the other line. This was the result. It’s one of my personal favorites.
In my grandma’s house, there are these pipes that I thought made an interesting composition to try to make a triangle, spent over 30 minutes trying and decided to move on. But then realised that I can work with this black pillar with the underpart of the second floor balcony. And so with a bit of manipulation of angles and editing and cropping, this is the result.
I was looking around to see what I can take photographs for this project, and I saw a relationship between the curves of this basket and the satellite dish. I had two options in the editing stage, I either make the horizontal line to be aligned for the basket or the half wall that is right below the dish, but I decided to align to the basket to give it this almost unsettling feel to it.
